- 2 colheres (sopa) de margarina;
- 1 copo de batata cozida e espremida;
- 2 colheres (chá) de sal;
- 2 colheres (sopa) de açúcar;
- 3 ¼ copos de farinha de trigo;
- 2 ¾ colheres (chá) de fermento biológico seco;
- ¼ colher (chá) de melhorador (opcional).
Modo de preparo:
Coloque os ingredientes na cuba e ligue no ciclo sanduíche. A massa vai ficar pegajosa, não se preocupe.

Fiz essa receita, ficou otima. Mas ficou tão macia que mal conseguia cortar o pão, que se quebrou todo. Mas a massa é bem gostosa. Gostei do site, vou experimentar outras receitas.
